ROAD ASSISTANCE BEFORE A PHOTO SESSION

Today’s adventure before the vow renewal ceremony at 6:30 AM.

I’m at Texaco, Kaneohe, trying to start work earlier so I have that extra time for Pinterest inspiration before the photo shoot begins.

I start putting gas in and quickly realize the car is locked, with my keys, phone, cameras, and wallet all inside.

What now? I’m literally stripped away from all the tools to make things work. But there is always a bright side to each story.

The gas station staff had me using their phones, chairs, pens, and papers.

James gets me a camera I’ve never seen and takes care of my Uber.

Kelehua gave me a ride from Kaneohe to Waikiki, and we had GREAT conversations about night terrors and life.

The whole Outrigger hotel Ohana, is on board with what’s happening and is supportive.

Here I am thinking, after I’m done taking pictures:

-THANK YOU for this experience.

It showed me the power of a village and how important it is to have people THAT HAVE YOUR BACK. Thank you.

It also showed me how creative we can be anywhere, with any camera,

in my case,

at a gas station,

waiting for road assistance.

This is the momentum of my first educational short film on,

“What’s The Best Camera?”
